Citi AI Insights is an app that helps existing Citi customers improve their financial well-being. It does this by providing insights based on their spending data to help boost their credit scores. Additionally, it supports financial literacy through a conversational AI chat interface. The app leverages Citi’s existing resources to promote financial well-being and contextually position Citi’s products.
